Product Owner

Own and manage product requirements for customer-facing insurance web/portal solutions.

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver digital products and enhance customer/policyholder journeys.
• Translate customer experience insights into actionable product requirements.
• Perform hands-on data mapping between systems (JSON, XML).
• Leverage API/integration expertise; able to read and convert JSON/XML.
• Connect product decisions to business outcomes (underwriting, rating, servicing, etc.).
• Work within an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe), writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage day-to-day project assignments and work within a PMO structure.

5+ years’ experience in a Product Owner, Senior BA, or Product Consultant role in insurance or financial services.

• Guidewire PolicyCenter experience (hands-on configuration or deep functional expertise).
• Strong digital product background, specifically front-end/consumer-facing web or portal solutions.
• Experience with customer/policyholder journey mapping.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies.
• Strong business acumen in insurance products.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Preferred/Additional Skills:

• API/integration background (non-CRM focused).

• Experience working in a PMO environment. Other Requirements:
