8+ yrs of IT/Engineering 4-yr Technical Degree (Computer Science, MIS, CIS, or related) 5+ yrs xp Installing, configuring, patching, and updating enterprise systems and components, executing deployment packaging, releasing activities, and supporting application upgrades, migrations, and cutovers 4+ yrs xp providing routine and some complex technical support escalated from the Service Desk and escalates inquiries as needed 4+ yrs xp implementing and administering system-level security controls, access policies, and vulnerability remediation 3+ yrs xp using Python to develop and maintain automation scripts streamlining deployments, monitoring, and recurring maintenance tasks. 2+ yrs xp using 2 or more of these Systems/Platforms: Utility Asset Management Systems: CityWorks, Samsara, OpenGov, Maximo, or something similar Water Quality Management Systems: Locus, Hach WIMS/RIO, Klir, NBJSoft SAMS, or something similar Fleet Management System: Samsara, TRAKA,or Fleetio SCADA: AVEVA, Ignition, or something similar Other operational Utility Technology: Utilisphere, Fieldhawk
