- Support implementation and enhancement efforts across identity platforms utilizing SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, LDAP, REST APIs, and related technologies.
- Ensure identity governance processes align with enterprise security standards, SOX controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
- Maintain risk registers, remediation tracking, and governance documentation related to access controls and identity management processes.
- Partner with internal and external audit teams to provide documentation, evidence, and remediation support.
- Support incident management, change management, root cause analysis, and operational governance activities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to security posture, operational efficiency, and regulatory readiness.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, development, operations, cybersecurity, and support teams to deliver scalable and secure identity solutions.
- Create and maintain operational runbooks, architecture diagrams, data flow documentation, and support procedures.
