Job description

Lead end-to-end UX design including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and explore design concepts.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Leads.
Apply and contribute to scalable design systems and UX standards.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging UX, AI, and design technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI, research, interaction design, and prototyping.
Strong Figma experience.
Experience with design systems.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience or strong interest in AI-powered design/prototyping tools.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in legal, financial, professional services, consulting, or other enterprise environments.
