UX Designer - AI / Product Design

• Lead end-to-end UX design including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and explore design concepts.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Leads.
• Apply and contribute to scalable design systems and UX standards.
• Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices.
• Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging UX, AI, and design technologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
• 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI, research, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Strong Figma experience.
• Experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience or strong interest in AI-powered design/prototyping tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in legal, financial, professional services, consulting, or other enterprise environments.
