Experteer Overview In this role you diagnose, validate, and drive resolution of complex software issues across vehicle systems and OTA updates. You will connect real-world customer experiences with engineering solutions to improve software quality, reliability, and customer satisfaction. You’ll work across Software, Systems, ADAS, Validation, Diagnostics, and Product teams to prioritize and prevent software problems. The position offers the chance to shape field software quality at a leading electric vehicle company that prizes performance, efficiency, and design without compromise. Compensation / Benefits * Investigate complex software-related customer concerns across vehicle domains and reproduce defects with engineering teams. * Analyze logs, telemetry, and field reports to identify software failure modes. * Collaborate across Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, ADAS, Validation, Service Engineering, Diagnostics, and Product teams to translate customer observations into actionable statements. * Provide field-driven prioritization input for software quality improvements. * Monitor field performance of software releases and OTA deployments; identify new risks after launches. * Validate effectiveness of software fixes post-deployment and support release readiness reviews. * Analyze warranty, service data, telematics, and customer feedback to identify recurring issues and quantify impact. * Manage software-related field issues through detection to closure and support executive quality reviews with technical assessments. Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. * 6+ years of automotive software quality, systems engineering, diagnostics, validation, field quality, or software development experience. * Strong understanding of vehicle software architectures, diagnostics, and system interactions. * Experience analyzing logs, telemetry, diagnostic traces, and software performance data. * Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills. * Ability to work effectively across multiple technical organizations. * Excellent communication and technical presentation skills. * Proficiency in English for work instructions and communications.
