Product Owner for Unstructured Data

Experteer Overview In this Senior Lead Digital Product Owner role, you will drive the enterprise Information Protection program by translating policy priorities into measurable capabilities and outcomes. You will oversee end-to-end delivery for unstructured data protection, balancing usability with enterprise controls across on-prem, cloud, SaaS, and M365 environments. You will serve as the bridge between Information Protection leadership and engineering, guiding roadmaps, release milestones, and governance. A key focus is scaling scanning, classification, labeling, and remediation through cross-team alignment and data-driven decision making. Compensation / Benefits * Translate strategy and risk priorities into shipped capabilities across discovery, scanning, classification, labeling, enforcement, and remediation workflows * Own end-to-end delivery for Information Protection unstructured scanning and governance capabilities from discovery through sustainment * Interface between Information Protection leadership and engineering to convert strategic intent into technical requirements and release milestones * Coordinate across teams to manage dependencies and ensure consistent implementation across platforms and lines of business * Collaborate with privacy, compliance, legal, risk, and business lines to deliver auditable, compliant solutions across unstructured data in various environments * Plan and manage feature backlog by writing and refining epics, features, and user stories in Jira with agile teams * Lead discovery and prioritization using voice-of-customer input to balance usability with enterprise control * Define and monitor goals and performance indicators (OKRs/KPIs) to drive delivery and continuous improvement * Apply process optimization and automation to scale enterprise scanning, classification quality, and remediation execution * Lead investment planning and quarterly delivery execution, tracking progress, risks, and outcomes through governance routines Tasks * 7+ years of digital product management experience or equivalent * 3+ years of Agile practices and Jira proficiency (PO/PM role) Key requirements * Health benefits * 401(k) Plan * Paid time off * Disability benefits * Life insurance, critical illness, accident insurance * Parental leave
