Job description

Documentation Ownership & Strategy

  • Own and define the end-to-end documentation strategy for assigned product areas
  • Develop and maintain high-quality documentation including:
  • User guides
  • Process documentation (Job Aids)
  • FAQs
  • Knowledge base articles
  • Manage and maintain documentation repositories in Confluence and SharePoint
  • Ensure content is accurate, scalable, and aligned with ongoing product updates
  • Establish governance standards for documentation consistency and reuse

Product Ownership & Agile Delivery

Agile Execution

  • Work within Scrum/Agile frameworks to deliver documentation and product enhancements
  • Create and manage user stories, tasks, and documentation work items
  • Utilize tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking and collaboration

Product Ownership

  • Participate in PI Planning, sprint planning, and backlog refinement sessions
  • Act as the voice of the customer/end user, ensuring clarity, usability, and quality
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align product and documentation priorities

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Application Managers, Engineers, and Program Managers
  • Gather requirements and validate technical accuracy of documentation
  • Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders

Requirements

Do you have experience in Stakeholder management?, We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Owner with a strong background in technical communication, product ownership, and Agile delivery. This role is responsible for driving documentation strategy while acting as a key liaison between technical teams and end users. The ideal candidate will blend product ownership expertise with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation., * Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

  • Background in:
  • Technical writing
  • Product support
  • Project delivery
  • Experience serving as a Product Owner in an Agile environment
  • Experience within product development, product management, or Scrum delivery models
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or FinTech environments
  • Background supporting developer tools or engineering platforms
  • Relevant certifications, such as: (preferred)
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
  • Scrum Certification
  • PMP / PMBOK / SDLC
