Junior Appian Developer

Title: Appian Developer Work Location: Euless, TX (on site) Work Schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday Contract: 1+ years *Must be Authorized to Work in the US for Any Employer Note: (plus 8 paid holidays and 15 days PTO) We are seeking an Appian Developer with experience in Appian application development and Oracle database support. The developer will assist in designing, developing, and maintaining business process management (BPM) applications using the Appian platform while supporting integrations with Oracle databases. This role is ideal for someone with foundational Appian and database development experience who is looking to grow within an enterprise environment., * Assist in the design, development, testing, and deployment of Appian BPM applications.

• Support the development of Appian interfaces, process models, rules, and integrations.
• Work with senior developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather and implement requirements.
• Support Oracle database development activities, including writing SQL queries and assisting with stored procedures.
• Help maintain integrations between Appian applications and backend databases.
• Troubleshoot application and database-related issues under guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Maintain technical documentation for applications and workflows.
• Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance activities.

Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, * Required Experience (2+ years)

• Experience with Appian development, including Appian SAIL, process models, and basic Appian components.
• Working knowledge of Oracle database development, including SQL, PL/SQL, stored procedures, and database concepts.
• Experience supporting integrations using REST APIs, web services, or Appian connectors.
• Understanding of database performance concepts and query optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Appian Certified Associate Developer
• Basic Oracle SQL certification or related database training
• Experience working in enterprise or government environments is a plus
