Principal Solutions Architect

• Establish strategic technology direction and create solution architecture for large complex initiatives and projects.
• Design technical solutions aligned with emerging technology standards, patterns, and best practices.
• Lead Solution Architecture deliverables across large portfolios, programs, or product lines, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture.
• Define and communicate a shared technical and architectural vision across teams and stakeholders.
• Develop end-to-end solutions involving Oracle Financials and surrounding enterprise applications, including integration and customization.
• Analyze Oracle Financials capabilities against business requirements, providing recommendations to optimize standard capabilities and minimize technical debt.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-quality, architecture solutions and technical designs based on approved standards.
• Identify opportunities for technological advancements, including cloud, big data, AI/ML, and other emerging technologies.
• Ensure compliance with architecture governance and support implementation of technical enablers.
• Partner with project managers, product owners, and business leaders to support future business needs through effective architecture runways.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and participate in cross-functional architecture teams.

• Bachelor’’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years experience as an infrastructure architect or solutions architect in large-scale enterprise environments
• Experience with Oracle Financials/E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, and related financial management capabilities
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Financials data models, integration capabilities, and financial processes, especially within healthcare or payer sectors
• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining complex system architectures and integrations
• Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience with cloud technologies, emerging IT trends, and digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
