Job description

The Senior Software Engineer designs and delivers complex features and services, mentors junior engineers, and contributes to architectural decisions. This role emphasizes technical ownership, quality, and cross-team collaboration., * Lead development of complex full-stack features with minimal supervision

Design scalable solutions using .NET and modern web architectures
Review code and mentor junior engineers
Drive performance, reliability, and maintainability improvements
Collaborate with product, QA, and DevOps teams
Reduce technical debt and improve engineering standards

Requirements

5-8 years of professional software engineering experience
Advanced proficiency in .NET, React, and relational databases
Strong experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices
Ability to operate as a technical owner
