Team Lead & Software Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic Permanent Team Lead & Software Engineer to join our client in the B2B SaaS product space. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in software engineering (.NET/C#/SQL) and have leaned into the backend throughout their career and overlapped into data driven projects throughout. The role demands a leader who can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, work effectively in a team-oriented setting, and deliver innovative solutions for our clients., 1. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.

1. Design, develop, and implement ETL processes, data manipulation, and data transfer solutions for customer onboarding.
2. Leverage PostgreSQL, T-SQL, and Claude to create sophisticated database systems.
3. Develop and execute ad hoc reporting and analytics to support business decision-making.
4. Oversee customer onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of clients into our systems.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhancing system performance, data quality, and operational efficiency.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements, incorporating new and emerging technologies as appropriate.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
2. 5+ years of experience in a similar role within with a background in .NET/C#/SQL development and an emphasis on data driven projects
3. Proven experience with ETL processes, SQL, PostgreSQL, data manipulation, data transfer, ad hoc reporting, and AI tooling (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, Grok, ect).
4. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
5. Exceptional problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing according to business needs.
8. Strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative solutions.
9. Familiarity with the latest industry trends and advancements, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
