Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with NIH stakeholders to shape product strategies across a portfolio of digital tools and information services. You will act as a trusted coach, embedding with product teams to advance agile, product-centric practices and governance. You will drive cross-functional collaboration, define success metrics, and help translate user needs into measurable outcomes. The opportunity offers meaningful impact by strengthening product ownership maturity and governance at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Develop product strategies, roadmaps, implementation plans, and decision frameworks with leaders and product teams * Lead initiatives to improve discoverability, usability, and value of digital products and information services * Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders, SMEs, technical teams, and program leadership * Support maturation and adoption of product ownership practices across multiple products and services * Create and maintain product management/toolkit materials including governance models, templates, and metrics guidance * Coach product owners on agile principles, backlog management, prioritization, and stakeholder engagement * Embed with product teams to provide hands-on agile leadership and evaluation planning * Define product goals, KPIs, and evaluation approaches for evidence-based decisions * Develop qualitative and quantitative evaluation frameworks to measure impact and ROI * Analyze data to generate actionable recommendations for leadership and product teams * Support product reviews, performance reporting, and strategic planning activities Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * 7+ years in product strategy/management/ownership or related areas * 5+ years supporting product owners using Agile/ Scrum/ Lean/ Design Thinking * 3+ years translating priorities and user needs into actionable product plans * 3+ years facilitation, coaching, communication, problem-solving, and consensus-building * 3+ years establishing product metrics and evaluation frameworks Key requirements *
