INTL Backend Engineer

SMArtX Advisory Solutions is seeking 2 mid-to-senior level software engineers to join their CSS and Data Feeds squads.

The Core Systems Services team is responsible for building and enhancing the foundational services that power their platform. This team develops modern cloud-native applications, APIs, authentication services, and platform capabilities that support multiple products across the organization.

The Data Feeds team is focused on modernizing critical data infrastructure and reducing technical debt across key business systems.

Both teams have the same technical requirements and soft skills expectations, and will be a long-term resource to assist with the ongoing growth of SMArtx.

• 3+ years of professional experience developing applications with C# and .NET/.NET Core
• Experience building RESTful APIs and web services
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native application development
• Experience with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL, as well as NoSQL DBs like DynamoDB
• Experience with Docker and containerized applications
• Understanding of software deployment processes and CI/CD concepts / ability to actually deploy the software
• Strong communication and collaboration skills (Ranked in order of preference)
• Claude code, copilot, or any AI assisted dev tools
• Terraform/GitHub - they can teach this, not a deal breaker
• Frontend experience
• Financial background / industry experience
