Customer Successes Into Industry-Scale Advantage Transform successful customer engagements into repeatable industry assets, best practices, and scalable plays that increase adoption, improve execution quality, and accelerate industry-wide impact. Master’s Degree in Business Administration or related field AND 6+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Liberal Arts, Computer Science, or related field AND 8+ years marketing, strategy, business planning, consulting, banking, finance, economics, and/or partner organization experience OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, and/or Finance. Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives across technical, product, field, partner, customer, and engineering organizations. Advance Knowledge in Manufacturing and Mobility industries, with strong understanding of industry challenges, technology trends, and business outcomes. Proven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence senior business and technical stakeholders, including C-suite engagements. Experience with cloud platforms, AI, data platforms, application modernization, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation initiatives. Ability to translate complex customer challenges into scalable, repeatable solutions, technical strategies, and industry-focused innovation opportunities. Experience developing reusable technical assets, reference architectures, implementation frameworks, and solution patterns that drive adoption and business impact.
