Job description

Overview: Insight Global is seeking a Workday System Analyst to serve as the bridge between Finance and IT, supporting and optimizing the Workday Financial Management platform. This individual will partner closely with Finance leadership and be responsible for enhancing financial operations, reporting, accounting processes, procurement workflows, integrations, and system functionality., Support and configure Workday Financial Management modules.

Partner with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend solutions.
Configure and maintain Business Processes, security, approval workflows, and financial dimensions.
Develop and support reports, dashboards, calculated fields, EIBs, and integrations.
Support Workday releases, testing, and post-production enhancements.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide ongoing system support.
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with financial controls and reporting requirements.

Requirements

Must-Haves:

5+ years supporting Workday Financial Management.
Strong expertise in Financial Reporting, General Ledger (GL), AP, AR and Accounting within Workday.
Strong Procurement experience within Workday.
Experience configuring Workday Business Processes, Security, Reports, Calculated Fields, and Integrations.
Experience supporting UAT, regression testing, and Workday releases.
Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
Strong communication skills with Finance and Accounting stakeholders.
