  • 4+ years of desktop support experience, preferably in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment (utilizing RF GUNS)
  • 3+ years supporting desktop/laptop computers with Windows XP /Windows 7 operating systems running Microsoft Office versions 2010-2016
  • 3+ years of experience supporting printers, hardware, software, and end users across multiple locations.
