Junior Web Developer

Fuel Medical Group is looking for a Junior Web Developer to join our internal digital team in Camas, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building and updating websites, solving problems, learning from experienced developers, and supporting a wide variety of client needs.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and enhance existing client websites
• Build new websites using a predefined WordPress theme
• Make visually appealing website updates based on provided designs and client requests
• Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, block themes, and Gutenberg blocks
• Triage and assign more complex work orders
• Test websites for browser compatibility and quality control
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve current processes and services
• Balance multiple projects while keeping an eye on quality, details, and deadlines

• 1 to 3 years of web development or related experience
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with WordPress management and website updates
• Familiarity with block themes and Gutenberg blocks
• Understanding of web development best practices
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• A self-motivated, reliable, and flexible approach
• Solid problem-solving and time-management skills
• Comfort working across departments and supporting multiple projects at once, * WordPress: 1 year (Preferred)

Compensation and Benefits

• $55,000-$60,000
