Junior Web Developer and IT Support Specialist

We’re looking for a Junior Web Developer & IT Support Specialist to join our team in a full-time role that blends ecommerce web development with IT systems administration. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys variety. You’ll work closely with leadership to support both our online store and our internal IT infrastructure, making this a great opportunity to build broad, hands-on experience across web development and systems administration.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesWeb Development & Ecommerce

• Build, update, and maintain Shopify storefronts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
• Customize and troubleshoot Shopify themes and templates
• Support ongoing ecommerce initiatives, including site updates, bug fixes, and feature enhancements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement design and functionality changes to the online store

IT Administration & Systems Support

• Manage and maintain the organization’s Microsoft 365 tenant via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
• Provision, deprovision, and manage user accounts, licenses, and group memberships
• Grant, modify, and revoke access to mailboxes, shared drives, distribution lists, and Teams/SharePoint sites
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely account setup and secure deactivation
• Troubleshoot basic network issues (connectivity, VPN access, printer/device connectivity)
• Collaborate with leadership to enforce IT security best practices and compliance requirements
• Maintain documentation of tenant configurations and standard IT procedures

General

• Perform all other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant role
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid
• Basic networking fundamentals
• Experience with Shopify preferred
• Experience in ecommerce preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Teams is a plus
• Must be located in or near Phoenix, Arizona or Molalla, Oregon, and able to work onsite
