- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and automation (Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, etc.).
- Develop custom Apex classes, triggers, and API integrations.
- Design and implement event-driven solutions using Platform Events for real-time integrations and process automation.
- Perform data imports/exports, deduplication, validation, and create actionable reports and dashboards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce issues, monitor system health, and proactively suggest improvements.
- Maintain clear documentation for configurations, customizations, and integrations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to define requirements, explain solutions, and provide training.
- Stay current on Salesforce releases and recommend enhancements to improve client environments.

At Modelit, we’re looking for a Salesforce Developer (with Admin & Declarative Skills) - skilled in both declarative configuration and custom development - to join our team!
We’re looking for someone proactive, detail-oriented, adaptable, technically skilled, and comfortable working directly with clients in a fast-paced, project-focused environment., * Proven experience as both a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex (classes, triggers) and Platform Events.
- Solid troubleshooting and debugging skills across both configuration and code.
- Proven skills in Salesforce declarative tools and development.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines., * Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I or higher).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
