Microsoft 365 Administrator

• Deploy, configure, and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Azure AD, Entra, Exchange Online, Teams, and OneDrive for Business
• Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive security strategies for client M365 environments
• Configure and maintain security features such as Multi-Factor Authentication, Conditional Access policies, and Information Protection
• Implement data governance, retention policies, and compliance features
• Provide tier 2 and 3 support for complex M365-related issues
• Develop and maintain documentation for M365 processes, configurations, and security protocols
• Perform regular system health checks and optimize performance
• Manage user accounts, licenses, and access controls
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions for M365 data
• Stay current with M365 updates, security threats, and new features, recommending and implementing improvements

We seek a skilled Microsoft 365 Administrator to join our Managed Service Provider team. The ideal candidate will manage, maintain, optimize, and secure Microsoft 365 environments for multiple clients., * 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft 365 services

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert certification (or equivalent experience)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate certification (or equivalent experience)
• Strong knowledge of PowerShell scripting for M365 management and security automation
• Experience with Azure AD, hybrid identity management, and zero-trust principles
• Proficiency in implementing and managing Microsoft 365 security features and best practices, * Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS and systems administration
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments, integrating Azure with on-premise infrastructure, and Azure networking and connectivity solutions
• Experience with Microsoft Intune and endpoint management
• Experience working in a Managed Service Provider environment
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Additional Microsoft certifications (e.g., Teams Administrator, Azure Security Engineer), Applicants must possess a valid Michigan driver’s license and a clean driving record. Applicants must have dependable transportation. This position requires using a personal or company-owned vehicle when conducting company business., Must be able to perform physical activities, such as, but not limited to, lifting 50 lbs., bending, standing, or walking. Must be willing to submit to criminal and civil background checks., * How many years of Intune experience do you have?
