Microsoft 365 Administrator

We are seeking a skilled Microsoft 365 & Microsoft Intune Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Microsoft cloud environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering Microsoft 365 services, managing endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune, maintaining identity and access management, implementing security best practices, and providing technical support to ensure a secure, reliable, and efficient IT environment., * Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID.

• Manage Microsoft Intune, including device enrollment, compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, endpoint security, and Windows Autopilot.
• Configure and maintain user accounts, licensing, mailboxes, groups, shared resources, and permissions.
• Implement and manage identity and access controls, including Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC).
• Support Microsoft Defender, endpoint protection, BitLocker encryption, Windows Update for Business, and Microsoft 365 security and compliance features.
• Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, device compliance, security alerts, and system performance, taking proactive action to resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Intune, authentication, email, Teams, SharePoint, and endpoint-related issues, providing Level 2/3 technical support.
• Automate routine administration using PowerShell and maintain accurate technical documentation, procedures, and system configurations.
• Work closely with IT and cybersecurity teams to implement best practices, maintain compliance, and improve operational efficiency.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience administering Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Strong knowledge of Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive.
• Experience with Microsoft Defender, Conditional Access, MFA, Windows Autopilot, and endpoint management.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently within a collaborative team environment., * Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert
• Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Microsoft Graph API, and Azure administration is advantageous.

$40 - $50 an hour - Contract
