Remote Customer Data Coordinator

PACC Foods Inc is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Client Data Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of client data, supporting seamless communication and operational efficiency across the company., * Collect, verify, and update client information in company databases and CRM systems.

• Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to resolve data discrepancies and ensure data accuracy.
• Generate and distribute regular reports related to client data metrics and trends.
• Assist in the development and implementation of data management policies and procedures.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive client information.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve data quality and operational workflows.
• Support ad hoc data requests and special projects as needed.

• Proven experience in data coordination, data entry, or a related administrative role.
• Strong proficiency with CRM platforms, Microsoft Excel, and data management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
