Customer Data Specialist Remote

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Customer Data Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing, analyzing, and optimizing customer data to support business decisions and enhance customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Perform regular data audits and cleansing to eliminate duplicates and outdated information.
• Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for business teams.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to segment customer data for targeted campaigns.
• Support the integration of new data sources and tools as needed.
• Monitor data privacy compliance and assist with internal audits.
• Identify data trends and provide recommendations to improve customer experience and retention.
• Document data management processes and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience working with customer data or in a data management role.
• Proficiency in data management tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
