We’re expanding our Data Analytics teaching team to support our growing student community. Led by Dr. Robert Alvarez , this course helps students not only understand what data analytics is-but why it matters and how to apply it.

You’ll join a collaborative, high-energy team of instructors and advisors who are deeply committed to student outcomes. Instructors facilitate live, online sessions we call LiveLabs-engaging, high-energy, conference-style experiences with 100-200 students.

This is a part-time, semesterly, and remote role (~5-7 hours/week)., * Bring Data Analytics to life by incorporating real-world examples into our existing curriculum.

• Lead one 90-minute LiveLab per week via Zoom for 100-200 students, at the same time each week for 12 weeks, using provided lesson plans and materials. Bring each session to life with clarity, enthusiasm, and a learner-first mindset.
• Partner with a dynamic teaching team-including Team Leads-to ensure students are learning, growing, and feeling supported.
• Help students build confidence in their data skills while connecting learning to real-world career outcomes.

• Enthusiasm for supporting students, especially those with non-technical majors learning data for the first time.
• Experience or comfort teaching with tools like Tableau, Excel, and SQL, AI and covering exploratory data analysis and visualizations.
• Excellent communication and presence in a live, online classroom-especially with large groups.
• Education or experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
