Data Management Analyst

Experteer Overview As a Data Management Analyst, you will transform EHR data into actionable insights to improve clinic operations and patient outcomes. You will write complex SQL, develop dashboards, and automate reports to support staff and leadership. You’ll master the EHR data model and maintain reporting infrastructure, enabling self-serve options and monitoring of quality measures. Compensation / Benefits * Write complex SQL queries to extract data from the EHR * Build a reusable library of reports in Excel, Crystal, and Cognos * Develop familiarity with the EHR application and its database schema * Interpret precise report specifications and handle internal data requests * Maintain and enhance reporting infrastructure and tools (ETL, views, automation, self-serve options) * Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor NCQA and HEDIS clinical measures * Provide help desk assistance for end users on the Medical Management system * Create data collection forms and collaborate to improve data capture * Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in computer science or other healthcare related discipline * Minimum of 2 years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare * Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills * Ability to write complex SQL queries * Proficiency with Excel, Crystal, Cognos, or similar reporting tools * Experience with scripting languages such as Python or Ruby, or willingness to learn * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Self-starter and impact-focused * Interest in and commitment to CHN’s mission Key requirements * health, dental and vision insurance * retirement plans * employee assistance program * growth and development opportunities
