Lead Talend & MicroStrategy Developer

job summary: We are seeking a Lead Talend & MicroStrategy Developer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-grade ETL pipelines and analytics dashboards. This role combines robust backend data integration using Talend with front-end business intelligence and data modeling in MicroStrategy to deliver actionable insights for key business stakeholders.

responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of scalable Talend ETL jobs and integration workflows.
• Architect and deliver interactive MicroStrategy dashboards, reports, and KPI visualizations.
• Build and maintain semantic models, schema objects, dimensions, and facts across star and snowflake schemas.
• Optimize SQL queries and data integration performance with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake and Redshift.a

qualifications: 4+ years of professional experience with Talend ETL development.

4+ years of experience in MicroStrategy development (reports, dashboards, metrics, and object management).

Strong background in SQL tuning, dimensional modeling, and relational database management.

Ability to work hybrid in Columbus, OH (up to 80% in-office).
