Job description

We are seeking a Lead Talend & MicroStrategy Developer to design, develop, and optimize enterprise data integration and business intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Talend ETL development, MicroStrategy reporting, SQL optimization, and data modeling while supporting complex analytics and reporting environments., * Design, develop, and optimize complex ETL pipelines and data integration workflows using Talend.

Develop and enhance MicroStrategy reports, dashboards, scorecards, KPIs, and visualizations.
Create and manage MicroStrategy application objects including metrics, filters, prompts, templates, and Object Manager migrations.
Design and maintain semantic layers, dimensional models, star schemas, and snowflake schemas.
Optimize complex SQL queries and improve data processing performance.
Integrate reporting solutions with cloud data platforms including Snowflake and Redshift.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable BI and analytics solutions.

Requirements

4+ years of professional experience with Talend ETL development.
4+ years of MicroStrategy development experience including reports, dashboards, metrics, and object management.
Strong experience with advanced SQL tuning and relational database concepts.
Hands-on experience with dimensional modeling, Star Schema, and Snowflake Schema design (3+ years).
Experience working with enterprise reporting and data warehouse environments.
Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Columbus, OH (80% onsite).
