Job description

  • Perform test cuts and create reports to support sales activities
  • Conduct machine demonstrations for customers
  • Program machines using CAD/CAM software
  • Provide machine operation training to new customers
  • Support customers with machine setup, programming, and operation
  • Troubleshoot machine issues and recommend solutions
  • Participate in industry trade shows

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Sinker EDM, Wire EDM, high-speed milling, or 3D additive manufacturing
  • Experience with machine programming, setup, and operation
  • CAD/CAM training is preferred
  • Strong technical problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Professionalism, integrity, and strong ethical standards
