Manager Revenue Cycle Performance Improvement

Manages revenue cycle performance improvement work that supports operational efficiency, financial performance, compliance, and the patient’s financial experience. Coordinates teams, analytics, projects, and cross-functional improvement efforts to identify performance gaps, implement practical solutions, and sustain measurable results across revenue cycle operations. Annual Salary Range: $89,897.60 - $143,832.00

• Requires bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Health Information Management, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field., * Requires Five (5) years of progressively responsible healthcare revenue cycle, performance improvement, healthcare finance, revenue integrity, patient financial services, or related operational experience.
• Two (2) years of experience leading projects, coordinating teams, supervising staff, or managing revenue cycle improvement work is required.
• Experience using data, metrics, and process improvement methods to evaluate performance and support operational decisions.
