Job description
We are looking for an experienced Solution Train Engineer (STE) / Release Train Engineer (RTE/RRE) with a strong background in Project Management and the Telecom domain. The ideal candidate will lead Agile Release Trains, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project delivery, and drive successful program execution using SAFe Agile practices.
Requirements
- Experience as Solution Train Engineer (STE), Release Train Engineer (RTE), or RRE
- Strong Project/Program Management experience
- Hands-on experience with SAFe Agile
- Expertise in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Risk & Dependency Management
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps
- Telecom domain experience is mandatory
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
