Testing Engineer

The Testing Engineer plays a key role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software products. In this position, you will design and execute tests, identify defects, and collaborate closely with the development team to improve product quality throughout the software development lifecycle., * Design, develop, and execute test cases to validate software functionality, performance, and reliability.

• Perform manual and, where applicable, automated software testing across different stages of development.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Verify that fixes and enhancements meet specified requirements and do not introduce new issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and documentation., * Background or education related to software engineering, computer science, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with using test management or defect tracking tools.
