Site Reliability Engineer

You will support the operation and reliability of enterprise network observability platforms that ingest and analyze network telemetry. You will maintain Linux- and Windows-based systems, primarily supporting Syslog-NG and Trapd, while troubleshooting incidents, performing upgrades and patching, planning system capacity, and improving operational efficiency through automation. You will also partner with network and security engineers to analyze traffic patterns, resource utilization, system performance, and security events in a large-scale enterprise environment., * Administer and operate Linux and Windows virtual machines hosted in a cloud environment.

• Experience using source-control platforms and development workflows.
• Working knowledge of Ansible and Ansible playbooks.
• Intermediate knowledge of KQL, T-SQL, or comparable data-retrieval languages.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Exposure to commercially available artificial intelligence platforms.
• Experience connecting network telemetry with AI-enabled workflows for performance monitoring, capacity management, or security use cases.
