IT Technician (Support Technician II)

We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to support inventory, logistics, and warehouse operations for a large enterprise IT environment. This role is responsible for managing incoming technology equipment, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring hardware is stored, tracked, and distributed efficiently. Responsibilities

• Receive and process IT equipment and shipments, verifying deliveries against purchase orders.
• Identify, document, and report inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient IT depot and storage area.
• Track, organize, and manage hardware inventory using spreadsheets and inventory management tools.
• Coordinate with warehouse and support teams regarding equipment storage and distribution.
• Pull, package, and ship equipment for internal IT teams as needed.
• Maintain accountability for the location and status of inventory assets.
• Support general depot operations and inventory audits.

• 4+ years of inventory management experience.
• 4+ years of experience using computers, spreadsheets, and business applications.
• Experience with inventory tracking systems and asset management processes.
• Understanding of IT hardware, equipment, and technology systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and train others when needed.
• Capable of lifting and moving equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
