Job description

Architect, configure, and support multiple customized Salesforce instances; design scalable CRM solutions balancing firm-specific needs with platform standards.
Build automation and functionality via Flow, custom objects, validation rules, Lightning pages, reports, and dashboards; extend with custom development where needed.
Build and maintain CRM integrations; lead data migrations (export, transformation, validation, loading, reconciliation).
Lead CRM onboarding and system conversion projects from scope to production.
Scope requests, plan and oversee the implementation team, and own QA and release standards.
Manage external Salesforce vendors to scope, timeline, quality, and budget; track risks and communicate status.
Maintain documentation standards; mentor Implementation Specialists and grow the CRM capability.

Requirements

5+ years hands-on Salesforce, deep in declarative development and admin across complex environments.
Experience with customized or multi-instance environments.
Direct experience with Practifi, Financial Services Cloud, or a comparable financial services platform on Salesforce.
Experience leading admins, implementation specialists, or outside developers.
Proven delivery of client-facing implementations on committed timelines.

Preferred

Wealth management, RIA, or fintech experience; Salesforce Advanced Admin / Platform App Builder certification.
Apex, LWC, or API/custom integration experience.
Experience leading data migrations and system conversions.
