QA Automation Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer with strong expertise in financial applications, Global Markets, backend testing, SQL, and Python automation., * 10+ years of QA Testing experience

• Large-scale financial applications
• Global Markets / Capital Markets / Trading domain experience
• Strong backend testing experience
• 5+ years of hands-on SQL and Python
• Complex SQL queries and Python scripting
• Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance and Automation Testing
• Test planning and requirements analysis
• Test scenario and test case design
• Octane or similar test management tools
• Strong analytical and data-driven thinking
• Reference Data, Market Data and Trading Data
• Understanding of end-to-end trading flows
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills

AI Experience

• Experience with AI-based tools for data analysis, testing automation, or process optimization
• Ability to leverage AI capabilities to improve testing workflows

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and create test plans
• Design complex integration and test scenarios
• Develop manual and automated test scripts
• Perform functional, integration, regression and performance testing
• Collaborate with development and QA teams
• Manage defects through the complete lifecycle
• Troubleshoot technical and data-related issues
• Ensure testing artifacts meet change-management standards
