IT Support Engineer - Alexandria VA

Must be authorized to work in the United States., * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (or equivalent experience).

• 2-4 years of IT support or technical support experience.

• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications preferred.

• Experience supporting PC hardware, software, system applications, and general IT operations.

• Ability to troubleshoot and work with IT tools, peripherals, and related equipment.

• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and manuals.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

• Excellent written, verbal, and customer service communication skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build effective relationships.
