Job description
We are seeking a Database Administrator (DBA) to support enterprise analytics and reporting platforms. This role is responsible for managing data architecture, database administration, data governance, user access controls, and data pipeline development while supporting business intelligence and modernization initiatives., * Administer and maintain Snowflake database environments.
- Manage data architecture, governance standards, and technical documentation.
- Oversee user access requests, approvals, and role-based access controls (RBAC).
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries, views, and database objects.
- Build and maintain ETL processes, data pipelines, and job orchestration solutions.
- Support migration efforts from legacy reporting platforms to modern data environments.
- Test, implement, and monitor database enhancements and changes.
- Partner with stakeholders to deliver reporting and data solutions.
- Support data specialists, analysts, and report developers with data needs and best practices.
- Maintain technical documentation, process flows, and architecture standards.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in database administration, data engineering, analytics, or related disciplines.
- Relevant internship experience may be considered.
