Requirements

  • 3+ years of native iOS development, at least one app you’ve shipped publicly
  • Strong Swift and SwiftUI; comfortable with async/await and URLSession
  • Experience with PhotoKit/AVFoundation and image handling
  • Have shipped an app backed by Firebase or Supabase: auth, storage, and realtime queries
  • Good instincts for simple, restrained UI; this app is defined by what we leave out
  • Self-directed; you’ll be the only iOS person early on

Nice to have

  • Push notifications, deep linking, App Store Connect experience
  • Comfort setting up storage rules and a CDN in front of image delivery
