Job description

  • Install, commission, and optimize CNC machine tools and peripheral equipment.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software/control issues with speed and precision.
  • Deliver hands-on customer training covering operation, maintenance, and safety.
  • Maintain thorough service records, parts usage, and maintenance histories.
  • Partner with engineering and sales to feed real-world data back into product and service improvements.
  • Track industry advances and emerging CNC technologies to keep your skills sharp.
  • Travel to customer sites for installations, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs as needed.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in Industrial Maintenance, Precision Machining, or a closely related field.
  • Proven background in CNC service, field support, or machine tool maintenance.
  • Deep knowledge of CNC machinery and Fanuc control systems.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical abilities.
  • Comfort working independently and collaborating across teams.
  • Clear, customer-friendly communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% with occasional overnights.
