Job description
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Security Engineer -IAM/SailPoint in Fort Worth, TX. The candidate will be instrumental in ensuring a successful migration and future-state implementation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities: SailPoint administration:
- User access management
- Application onboarding
- Identity governance operations
- Reconciliation and aggregation activities
- Audit documentation support
- Back-end SailPoint engineering work
- Workflow and automation development
- Provisioning process improvements
- Support SailPoint upgrade planning and execution
Planned 2027 upgrade expected to include:
- Cloud-focused capabilities
- Enhanced entity management
- Environment scanning capabilities
- Workflow automation functionality
- Improved provisioning processes
Requirements
Desired Experience:
- SailPoint certification is preferred but not required if experience can be validated
- Identity governance and administration experience
- Connected systems integrations
- Application onboarding
- Automation and workflow development
- User access management
- Reconciliation
- Aggregation
- Group provisioning
- Documentation and audit support
Technical Environment:
- SailPoint IdentityIQ
- Current environment has been in place for approximately 4 years
- Organization skipped the last major upgrade

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
