Job description

We are looking for an experienced Ping Identity Engineer to design, implement, integrate, and support enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using the Ping Identity platform., * Design, configure, implement, and maintain Ping Identity IAM solutions.

  • Configure and administer PingFederate for SSO and federation integrations.
  • Implement PingID MFA and authentication policies for enterprise applications.
  • Configure PingAccess for secure application access and API protection.
  • Integrate applications using SAML, OAuth, and OIDC protocols.
  • Develop and maintain authentication and authorization workflows.
  • Integrate Ping Identity with Active Directory, LDAP, and other identity stores.
  • Configure identity providers (IdP) and service providers (SP).
  • Troubleshoot SSO, MFA, federation, token, certificate, and connectivity issues.
  • Work with application teams to onboard new applications into the IAM platform.
  • Implement RBAC, authentication policies, and access controls.
  • Manage SSL/TLS certificates, keys, metadata, and federation configurations.
  • Develop scripts and automation for IAM administration and deployments.
  • Monitor Ping Identity environments and perform performance tuning and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
  • Follow security best practices and enterprise IAM standards.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Ping Identity / PingFederate
  • Experience with PingAccess, PingDirectory, and PingID
  • Strong knowledge of IAM, SSO, Federation, and Authentication
  • Experience implementing SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)
  • Experience with MFA and adaptive authentication
  • Strong knowledge of LDAP / Active Directory
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications with PingFederate
  • Experience with REST APIs and web services
  • Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Groovy, or scripting
  • Experience troubleshooting authentication, authorization, and federation issues
