9+ years of Information Technology support experience in large, complex multi-server environment 8+ years Identity Access Management design, engineering and support experience 6+ years of experience with SSO for SAML/OIDC Authentication, Azure AD, Ping Identity, PingFederate or comparable products 6+ years of experience on integration with a variety of enterprise applications, platforms and utilities 4+ years of LDAP Directory knowledge 4+ years of scripting and automation experience Ability to work an On-call rotation Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent progressive work experience of 10+ years in related fields Information security background and related certifications Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following: IAM Architecture, Web Access Management, Federation, MFA, any LDAP Directories, SAML, OIDC, Azure AD/AWS/GCP Identity solutions Experience with tools like Splunk, Zabbix, Sitescope, HPOV, New Relic Experience interacting with and providing guidance to business and application team members Proven knowledge of Cloud (private/public/hybrid) and Container technologies Proven knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenShift or Docker deployment
