SAP S/4HANA L1 Production Support Specialist / IT Project Manager

• Coordinate and support SAP S/4HANA production support and L1 activities.
• Manage incidents, tickets, backlogs, priorities, and SLA compliance.
• Work with JIRA, ServiceNow, and SAP Cloud ALM (CALM) for ticket and workflow management.
• Coordinate escalations to L2/L3 teams and track issues through resolution.
• Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation and ongoing operations.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards, incident dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports.
• Support Finance processes including accounting, treasury, banking, month-end close, and intercompany transactions.
• Support Master Data Management (MDM) and purchasing/supplier integrations.
• Coordinate API, interface, and middleware integrations.
• Support ASN (Advance Shipping Notice) and supply chain integration processes.
• Assist with SAP Identity & Access Management, including user provisioning, deprovisioning, and access changes.
• Coordinate SAP training, certification tracking, job aids, and user readiness activities.
• Manage multiple workstreams and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, production support, incident management, IT project management, and cross-functional coordination. This role will work across Finance, Master Data, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Banking, HR, and integration workstreams., * Bachelor’s Degree required.

• 5+ years of SAP ERP / SAP S/4HANA experience.
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience managing complex technology projects.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, preferably a full lifecycle implementation.
• Experience in SAP production support / L1 support / incident management.
• Experience with one or more of: JIRA, ServiceNow, SAP Cloud ALM (CALM).
• Strong experience with project reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and KPI tracking.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations, APIs, middleware, MDM, purchasing, supplier interfaces, or ASN.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills., * SAP Activate methodology experience or project management certification.
• SAP certification in S/4HANA, FICO, Security, GRC, or related areas.
• ITIL-based incident, problem, and change management experience.
• Experience in automotive, manufacturing, or battery manufacturing environments.
• Experience working across multiple SAP business functions and workstreams.
