Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review technical documentation, specifications, and requirements. Conduct document reviews against certification requirements and standards. Develop hardware-related test plans, cases, procedures, data, and reports in accordance with standard lab procedures. Perform testing of voting system hardware, software, and integrated systems. Execute functional test plans, test procedures, and test cases. Assist with hardware setup, tracking, operational checks, and test execution. Document test results, observations, and discrepancies. Support re-testing efforts following issue resolution. Oversee hardware test tools, including maintenance and calibration. Oversee on-site and off-site laboratory testing to ensure hardware testing is completed successfully. Work with the Test Manager to estimate, track, and compare planned versus actual hardware testing hours for internal projects. Support technical discussions, analyze engineering change orders, and answer technical questions, seeking assistance from the Test Manager as needed. Maintain detailed and accurate records throughout the testing lifecycle.
