Job description

We are seeking an experienced IT Architect with strong expertise in Contact Center, Conversational AI, Voice, Chat, and Enterprise Integration Architecture. The architect will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across enterprise technology portfolios, with a primary focus on Genesys Cloud, Yellow.ai, voice and chat routing, SIP/Trunk integrations, and agent experience capabilities.

Requirements

10+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution architecture, or enterprise application architecture.
Strong hands-on architecture experience with Genesys Cloud and/or similar Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) platforms.
Experience designing and integrating Conversational AI platforms such as Yellow.ai.
Strong understanding of SIP, SIP Trunking, telephony, IVR, and voice integrations.
Experience developing or architecting Genesys Cloud Architect flows for voice and chat.
Strong understanding of queue and routing design, including skills-based and priority-based routing.
Experience designing agent experience solutions, including screen pops, agent scripts, and contextual customer information.
Strong experience with API, cloud, microservices, event-driven, and integration architectures.
Experience working with enterprise-scale applications and distributed systems.
Strong understanding of security, authentication, scalability, resiliency, performance, and observability.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, architecture documentation, and technical leadership skills.
