We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager (Tech Project Leader) to lead medium-to-large technology projects from initiation through implementation. The ideal candidate will have experience managing IT infrastructure, application integration, migration, or technology transformation projects while collaborating with cross-functional technical teams.The Project Manager will oversee project planning, scheduling, stakeholder communication, risk management, budgeting, and successful delivery using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete IT project lifecycle from initiation through implementation.
• Lead multiple technology projects simultaneously.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams.
• Conduct Agile ceremonies including:
• PI Planning
• Sprint Planning
• Daily Standups
• Dependency Management
• Manage project scope, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Communicate project status to business and executive stakeholders.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and project financials.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Support technology strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate disaster recovery, security, and technology governance activities when required.
