Job description

  • Provide in-shop and onsite Apple Laptop and Desktop repair.
  • iOS device repair (iPhone’s, iPad’s, etc).
  • Assist customers in setting up Apple Devices
  • Possesses In depth Mac OS and iOS systems.
  • Uses specific tools to diagnose issues, make recommendations for repair or replacement to customers and test any new parts that are installed.
  • Uses problem-solving and people skills to ensure swift resolutions to technical problems.
  • Provides accurate timelines for repairs and upgrades.
  • Tests, troubleshoots, and diagnoses computer hardware failures.
  • Contributes to team effort by taking on additional tasks as needed.
  • Provides top-notch customer service.

Requirements

Knowledge of laptops, computer, tablets and/or Apple Products, Listening, Customer Service, Flexibility, Problem Solving Skills, Product Knowledge, People Skills, Dependability, General Math Skills, Written & Verbal Communication., * Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT)

  • Apple Certified iOS Technician (ACiT)
  • Willing to train and certify based on job history and experience
