This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, collaborates well with cross-functional teams, and wants to make a meaningful technical impact.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications across the full technology stack (front-end and back-end)
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL services
- Write clean, maintainable, well-tested code following best practices
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security
- Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and technical planning
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
- Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to our tech stack
Requirements
- 5-6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Vue, or Angular
- Solid back-end experience with languages/frameworks such as Node.js, Python (Django/Flask), Ruby on Rails, or Java (Spring)
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; GraphQL experience a plus
- Proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of software engineering best practices: testing, code review, agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment
- Contributions to open-source projects

Pay: $103,074.94 - $124,133.26 per year
