Client Solutions Manager

Amy’s Green Cleaning is looking for a warm, organized, and highly communicative Client Solutions Manager to help us stay connected with the people we serve., * Conduct scheduled bi-annual check-in calls with existing clients to gather feedback and maintain strong relationships.

• Follow up with new clients after beginning service to ensure expectations are being met and address questions or concerns early.
• Contact clients after a newly hired Cleaning Professional has serviced their home to gather feedback and help support a successful transition.
• Ask thoughtful questions, listen carefully, and identify opportunities to improve the client experience.
• Accurately document client conversations, feedback, concerns, and necessary follow-up.
• Communicate important client feedback to the appropriate team members and leadership.
• Follow through on concerns to help ensure clients receive timely communication and resolution.
• Identify patterns in client feedback that may help improve training, service quality, and internal processes.
• Help strengthen client retention by building genuine relationships and making sure our clients know their experience matters.
• Work collaboratively with our office and leadership team to create a consistent, high-quality client experience.

• Have their own reliable laptop or computer suitable for daily work.
• Have reliable high-speed internet access.
• Have a dedicated, quiet workspace suitable for making professional client phone calls and attending virtual meetings.
• Be comfortable using Google Workspace, including Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Gmail.
• Be able to confidently use Zoom for virtual meetings and communication.
• Be comfortable learning and navigating additional company software and online systems.
• Be able to manage multiple browser tabs, documents, spreadsheets, and communication platforms efficiently.
• Have strong basic computer skills and be comfortable troubleshooting minor technology issues independently.

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to be a salesperson to succeed in this position. You do need to genuinely enjoy talking with people.

The right person is comfortable picking up the phone, can carry a natural conversation, asks good questions, and knows how to listen beyond the surface of what someone is saying. You should be able to handle both positive feedback and concerns professionally without becoming flustered or defensive.

• Are you capable of staying motivated while working remotely to hit the metrics required each day?
• Are you able to communicate professionally and with kindness?
• Do you have a dedicated and quiet space to be able to make phone calls?
• Are you able to work approx 4 hours a day on a somewhat set schedule, with some flexibility?
