Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Intelligence Developer to join our Decision Support team in Irving, TX. This role will lead complex Business Intelligence (BI) projects, develop scalable data solutions, optimize data pipelines, and provide technical guidance to junior BI developers., * Lead the design, development, and optimization of complex BI solutions.

• Develop and maintain scalable BI solutions that support business objectives.
• Create complex data models and reporting structures to support data-driven decision-making.
• Build and maintain real-time dashboards to track KPIs and operational performance.
• Write, optimize, and maintain advanced SQL queries and scripts for data manipulation and reporting.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand analytical requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and insights.
• Optimize data pipelines and BI processes for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Ensure adherence to best practices for data governance, data quality, security, and BI development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex BI and data-related issues.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior BI developers.
• Stay current with emerging BI technologies, tools, methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience with advanced SQL, data modeling, reporting, dashboards, data analysis, and BI development, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and translate analytical requirements into actionable technology solutions., * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.

• Approximately 8+ years of professional experience in Business Intelligence, data analytics, data development, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in advanced SQL and data manipulation.
• Experience designing and developing BI solutions, dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Strong understanding of data governance, data quality, and data security principles.
• Experience analyzing complex datasets and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an onsite, Monday-Friday environment., * Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex BI projects.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to junior developers.
• Experience with real-time reporting and KPI dashboards.
• Knowledge of modern BI technologies, data engineering practices, and analytical methodologies., * Are you proficient in advanced SQL, including writing and optimizing complex queries for data manipulation and reporting?
